Alicia Brookshire, C.M.T, B.S. Kinesiology-Exercise Science
I earned my certificate for massage from Bryman College in Anaheim, CA in 2015. I completed 720 hours of training attending school at night while earning my Bachelor's of science degree from CSULB during the day. I also worked as a Physical Therapist Aid for 4 years, which greatly expanded my understanding of the human body and how it functions.
I truly believe that massage can have one of the most positive impacts on overall health and that every body can benefit in some way.
I absolutely love what I do! I am blessed to be able to work with many different types of people...able-bodied, elderly, those with disabilities, those who need emotional support and more. Everyone is always happy to see their massage therapist.
In addition to being a massage therapist, I am a caregiver, wife, daughter and mother of two children. I grew up dancing, playing sports and traveling a bit. Now, any chance i get, I try to be out on the water spending time with my family.
